With vibrations being our energetic identity, we are responsible for maintaining and raising our vibrations. There is hardly any one whom we could delegate this daily responsibility to. As we are aware that our vibrations invite the similar likes to us, let's try to maintain our vibrations at the highest level we could on a daily basis. Here are some simple and practical ways to maintain them. The list is long but these few ways have the most direct impact in our modern lifestyle .
Firstly, before we even raise our vibrations, we must learn to maintain our vibrations. Identify situations that are negative and stay away from them whenever we can. Negative situations take away some of our energy. Complaining and gossiping put you in a very low vibration. These 2 actions are the largest vibration drainers! Ask yourself “Are the things you are talking about bringing you more of what you want?” If not, then stop complaining, and start finding ways to rejoice your living. Personally, I see gossiping as a negative indulgence that is unnecessary. Cut it off when you get caught in it. Even the words that come forth bring with them negativity.
Secondly, de-clutter your thoughts. Worries or anxieties about the past or the future has no value on your present moment. In fact, it used up your energy meant for the present. Write down your anxieties and worries on a piece of paper. You could burn the letter away or post it out without an address. De-cluttering your thoughts clears blockages and simplifies your life. This method raises your vibrations easily and quickly.
Thirdly, de-cluttering your environment is another good way to raise your vibration. Your environment could be your home, work place or desk. Cluttering creates stagnant energies that stall the flow of freshness and abundance. In turn, cluttered spaces directly lowers your vibrations and inhibits the re-energising of vibrations that use these spaces. Give your personal spaces a new look today. Start with small steps if cluttering has gone on for some time.
Lastly, cut down on negative inputs such as television programmes with low vibrations. Violent dramas and shows on superficial themes have little value to your life. In fact, I see them as contamination. Being normal human, I do watch such programmes from time to time. When I feel the limit of contamination has exceeded my threshold, I simply stop. Having a period of no programme allows the contamination to diminish. It may sound weird. Try going without television programmes and your other gadgets for a couple of days, feel the difference.
Frankly speaking, it is not possible to try all at one go. Identify the one that is currently affecting you the most and use it as a focal point to consciously maintain and raise your vibrations. Give it some time. It will be part of you naturally.
