As we maintain and raise our vibrations, there will be times when we encounter negative situations that affect us and drain much of our energy. We would feel a strong urge to unwind or freshen up. This is the time to slow down our day's activities and recharge our vibrations.
In our daily life, we may recharge ourselves by enjoying our private moments or times of tranquility. It could be having a warm shower, enjoying a good massage or listening to your favourite music. These are good ways and it shows that you are making a conscious effort in taking care of your vibrations. These ways are useful as they cleanse away negativity we may have absorbed or energies that do not belong to us.
To know whether your recharging method has been sustainable, you could tell from how long the effects of each recharging session last. Does your fatigue or frustrations return in a few days? Or is your recharging session able to sustain you for some time? When your recharging session is not working for you, either you did not adopt the right method or something a lacking in the method you use.
Here are some methods that you could try.
1. When we cleanse our energetic vibrations, a warm bath may have Himalayan salt, sea salt or even a cup of apple cinder vinegar added to it. It is used for grounding our energy from an intense day of meetings or teleconferencing. When your head seems heavy, this method may work for you too and remove unwanted energies.
2. For those with greenery at home or near workplace or school, remove your footwear and feel the earth taking away the imbalances from your soles. These ways ground our energy and, plainly speaking, bring us back to reality!
3. When you get a massage, it has an energetic imprint on you, even though it is supposed to recharge you. If your masseur has gentle and positive energy, it will recharge you. However, if your masseur has heavy energy and some difficult personal issues to resolve, you may absorb some of her energy during the massage that will most probably tire you out energetically. You might not have realised this. Be more sensitive with your energy sensing and you will be able to know which masseur is more suited for you.
4. I have a friend who is doing an excellent job in grounding her energy. She does it by maintaining her own garden and keeping it very attractive. She has literally "sync" her vibrations to her garden. As she takes care of her green space, her vibrations are being taken care of. In the recent months, she has been sharing the wonders from her garden: rare, exceptional blooms and extraordinary happenings. Her dedication and love has transformed her garden into a paradise that is inviting to different birds, insects and lizards that visited her paradise for food, comfort and love. Her garden reflects her vibrations. Her garden is her little anchor; it grounds her energy, discharges unwanted energies and raises her vibrations. Most importantly, her garden and her share a mutual recharging of energy.
Experiment with various recharging methods. The best method would be one that allows you to 'sync' your vibrations. In this way, you could anchor your energy and it will can take care of your energy too.
